Cancellations
The deposit is paid to the customer’s guarantee in order to have the certainty of the validity of the reservation made and by way of partial reimbursement for the owner of the campsite for the failure to gain if the reservation is cancelled or in the case of Customer’s failure to arrive. Therefore the deposit is not refunded in any case, but it can be considered valid for a subsequent reservation in case the customer is informed to warn the direction of the campsite to cancel the reservation as soon as possible.
In the event of early departure, the cost of the balance must be paied in full as compensation for non-rent to other customers.
